Newark-Kintock Release Continuum
Newark-Kintock appears on the NJDOC list of Residential Community Reintegration Programs. Kintock operates the Newark placement on Fenwick Street. The program is one part of the state correctional continuum, the linked set of secure institutions, community placements, supervision, and final discharge through which a state-sentenced person may move.
Movement into Newark-Kintock may follow time in a secure NJDOC prison. That move can be progress toward community reintegration, yet the resident remains within state correctional jurisdiction. A later departure may mark maximum-date discharge or parole. It can also be a transfer to another community program or return to prison. Search Newark-Kintock Release Records

The Essex County Correctional Facility lookup is limited to the county jail lane and does not become the right source merely because both facilities are in Newark. A useful NJDOC request identifies the full name, SBI number if known, Newark-Kintock placement, date range, and the exact discharge, transfer, or custody-history document. A request should seek an identifiable existing record rather than ask the custodian to research a broad question. For parole, say whether the needed item is a final decision, release certificate, supervision status, or discharge.

Newark-Kintock Parole Release
Parole is community release under NJSPB supervision. It is not the same as serving the entire sentence and receiving final discharge. NJSPB’s weekly notice may list a name, identification number, jail credit, sentence date, judge, sentence, location, offense, and event notes. Some entries preserve terms such as RELEASED, REVOKED, or RET CUSTODY. The notice is designed for eligibility and scheduling, not as a comprehensive released-person search. A grant may still be delayed or rescinded.
If a past release is followed by revocation and return to custody, report both events in order. The earlier release remains part of the history, while the later state record controls current status. For a specific parole decision or supervision discharge, use NJSPB’s information and OPRA channels.
Newark-Kintock Court Context

Missing Newark-Kintock Records
If the state portal shows no result, check spelling, aliases, SBI number, and sentence details. The person may have moved to another state placement, the event may be older, or the online record may have a coverage limit. The research found no reliable retention promise for discharged NJDOC results. A focused agency request is the right final step.
Do not fill the gap with the Essex jail roster or with an unsupported claim of community release. Resolve the Newark-Kintock departure, identify any receiving facility, and seek a dated discharge or parole record. A missing search result is a clue, not a conclusion.
Newark-Kintock Release Timeline
A reliable Newark-Kintock result reads the records as a timeline. Begin with the Essex sentence and NJDOC incarceration history. Identify the move into the Fenwick Street program, then document the departure. If Current Facility changes to another NJDOC location, the state sentence continues there. Parole adds another stage. A final Board decision can authorize supervised release, and later Board information can show active supervision, revocation, return to custody, or discharge. The weekly eligibility publication may help locate a review but cannot replace that final action. VINE may provide a recent custody-change alert, yet a transfer alert must retain its transfer label.
